Process modeling
The module has a graphical tool allowing you to draw the validation circuit and associate all the rules and alerts with it, at the different stages of processing. This makes creating the process much more intuitive.
Task Bins for Users
The connection portal presents all of its documents awaiting processing to those involved in the circuit. Color codes allow quick visualization of deadlines associated with documents.
Liaison with the GED
The WORKFLOW supports all types of physical and digital documents. The documents can come from a scan, an email, a digital file or other. Each user has the possibility to integrate a document in the way they prefer.
DEMATERIALIZATION OF INVOICES
The ZeDOC Spot software allows analysis and extraction of data from supplier invoices, to facilitate processing. The extracted data is exported into the accounting application.
INVOICE DEMATERIALIZATION: LAD-RAD SOFTWARE
Multi-channel capture: Paper or electronic format.
- Invoices received in paper format are scanned before being automatically sent to ZeDOC Spot,
- Invoices received electronically are extracted from the email and transferred to ZeDOC Spot.
Videocoding
: the video coding function allows the user to verify the extracted data. Different consistency checks are available: totals, compliance with supplier standards, etc.
Learning
: the system learns the error corrections made by the user, in order to improve efficiency.
